Co-Owner and partner of Systems Real Estate Management, Inc since 2009 and as former Co-Owner and President of Stevenson Real Estate Services for over 30 years, Tony’s responsibilities include representing clients in the purchase, leasing or selling of industrial/commercial properties, in addition to representing selective investor partners in both purchase/development and management of investment grade properties.

During his professional career, Tony has represented over 3,000 individual companies in transitions valued at more than $1.4 billion. The Maniscalchi family for three generations have now been responsible for the construction of over 4,000 apartment/condominium units and during the past 20+ years have developed with it private clients, industrial, commercial and residential developments throughout the Tri-City/Los Angeles markets.

Tony’s knowledge of commercial and investment real estate has resulted in numerous engagements to share his experience. He regularly lectures at various civic, social, and professional organizations, in addition to authoring articles on private property rights and real estate trends

As a Vice President and Co-Owner of Systems Real Estate Management, Inc, Mike represents clients in the leasing, acquisition or disposition of industrial/commercial properties since he initiated his career in brokerage back in 1989. Mike has been recognized locally and nationally for transaction volume and size of transactions.

In 1995, the firm’s former affiliate, Prudential Real Estate, honored Mike as the number three Sales Associate in the State of California for commercial gross commission income. Mike has been a top producer each year with total transactions valued over $1 billion.

Prior to beginning his career in real estate brokerage, Mike was involved in real estate construction. Mike’s responsibilities included carpentry rough/finish and electrical rough/finish.

The Maniscalchi family spans three generations and has been responsible for the construction of over 2,500 apartment units, 500 condominium units and numerous industrial/commercial developments in the cities of Glendale, Burbank and Los Angeles. Mike is very active with various city and charitable functions. He has also appeared on regional cable television in Glendale and Burbank during his appointed time with the Board of Zoning Adjustments for the City of Glendale. Mike attends numerous conferences on real estate development and brokerage and has taught real estate courses.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Rachel Barker began her career in property management after graduating from University of California, Irvine with a degree in International Studies.

Rachel joined Systems Real Estate Management in 2015 as a State of California Licensed Real Estate Agent with experience managing residential and commercial assets throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Before her employment with Systems, Rachel worked to bring home the BOMA TOBY Building of the Year Award in Greater Los Angeles and the Pacific Southwest Region for The Chamber of Commerce Building, a historical office and retail building located in Old Pasadena.

In addition, Rachel helped turn The Chamber of Commerce Building into an energy efficient and environmentally friendly property that was awarded with a LEED Silver Certification. Outside of property management, Rachel teaches fitness classes at Pure Barre Pasadena. Her experience in banking, management, marketing, public relations and community development provide a strong foundation for efficiency and success with the Systems team. Rachel focuses on attention to detail, conservation, compliance, creating and nurturing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to all investors, clients and associates.

As a Property Manager at Systems, Rachel performs many of the day-to-day responsibilities for our diverse portfolio of properties that include multi-family, industrial, commercial and retail. She maintains lease and tenant management, reporting to ownership, bank and monthly statement reconciliation, leasing, and tax reporting of all vendors. Currently, Rachel is also pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM Institution of Real Estate Management.

Eric’s proficiency in commercial real estate leasing and sales is complemented by his adept skills in real estate transaction coordination, online and virtual brokerage specific services, and real estate marketing technology. Growing up in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys has given Eric a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate landscape in the Greater Los Angeles area. He comes from a family with a long real estate background, as they own and operate the well-established Green Arrow Nursery Centers across Southern California, acquiring and disposing of commercial and industrial properties in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys, as well as the Chino/Riverside markets of San Bernardino County. Eric graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Philosophy. This academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in both the practical and theoretical aspects of business, enabling him to provide his clients with comprehensive, strategic advice. Emanuel Beithagy Ganzeh, born in Tehran, Iran, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. Fluent in Farsi and Aramaic, he embarked on his professional journey in 2017 at The Accounting Group (TAG) in Newport Beach, where he managed accounts for high net-worth families and corporations, overseeing a spectrum of accounting responsibilities.

Transitioning to property management accounting at Optimus Properties in Santa Monica, he assumed responsibility for commercial properties while contributing to residential property reporting. Subsequently, as a Senior Accountant/Controller at Cali Grill Holdings, he efficiently managed a portfolio comprising 17 Habit Burger Grills, overseeing all accounting functions alongside aspects of business operations.

In October 2023, Emanuel joined Systems Real Estate Management, further augmenting his proficiency in AppFolio and diverse accounting software platforms. Concurrently, he is diligently preparing for the CPA exam, balancing professional pursuits with a fervent passion for travel, sports, and cherished moments with loved ones.
